Hays Travel - Ripon Arvostelua 

We were helped by the manager,who was as usual most helpful and friendly.we travel a good distance to be assisted by her,we always go to the Ripon branch despite having a branch locally.

Friendly service and understanding of what we were looking for in our first cruise. Nice to see an experienced member of staff guiding a new member with sensitivity and understanding. Great experience.

We booked our Cruise onboard and then our booking gets transferred to Hays and they always look after us extremely well.
