We called in having seen an offer at another Hays branch to enquire about a holiday to Thailand - Molly was very attentive and although there was an initial problem contacting the agents to complete the booking she was able to very quickly get back to us with an alternative date that suited our needs so we were very happy with the service we received when it came to booking the trip we would certainly use them again when it comes to arranging a long haul multi site holiday

The staff are always friendly and listen to all questions etc. We have dealt with Molly and Rocco regarding two different cruises and their attention to detail was excellent. Rocco helped when Molly was on holiday.
