Maria, listened to what I was looking for, she was friendly and kept me informed of what was going on at all times.
The holiday was booked with no issues, quickly and professionally. All the staff at the Prenton branch of Hayes are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

I have said this before whenever I go into Hays travel the girls are so friendly. I went in to pay my January holiday and ended up booking another one for June with my fav (Tilly).
