Perfect mini break found & booked with no hassle

We called in to our local Hayes on the off chance that we could book a last minute short break away & managed to get exactly what we wanted for a great price!
Atlanta was really friendly & helpful giving us plenty of help when asked.

Joanne was extremely helpful and found what I’d been trying to look for myself very quickly. She was very knowledgeable about the area I was interested in and was able to give me lots of tips and places to visit. Joanne was very friendly and will definitely be back to book future holidays. I went into the shop with 6 hotels i…

I went into the shop with 6 hotels i had seen in different countries, Jo knowledge was excellent of areas, Nothing was too much trouble, how quiet some resorts are, transfer times, not all hotels that say AI are, Some are just AI drinks with your meals not unlimited all day. Booked holiday & did parking all in the store, excellent service

Dream come true

Thank you. I was very anxious doing this trip and you helped to encourage me and I cant say how much it was the best decision. The whole trip was run like clockwork and I felt so safe for the whole time. 5 star all the way.
