Another great job done by Janet. Phoned the shop at 9.30 and explained what i was looking for, went in at 11.10. and everything was ready for me to choose. Holiday booked within the hour and i went home a very satisfied customer. No problems at all, everything went well from start to finish. Full marks for the visit 10 out of 10.

As always very professional, clean and welcoming. We have been customers of Hays Travel in Perth since it took over the business from Thomas Cook in the same shop. We deal almost exclusively through deputy manager Alisoun Kaya who has been brilliant in looking after every aspect of our planned bookings, travels and accommodation. Alisoun provides the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge, skills, care, attention, sensitivity, efficiency and not least humour and friendliness.
