Finding HELPFULNESS!!!not the opposite

I chose Hays Travel in Ormskirk as I find one of the staff in Southport particularly unhelpful and quite condescending!!
Therefore I cannot risk getting 'him'.
As soon as we walked in Hays Travel Ormskirk,the atmosphere was welcoming and Erika was 5 star helpful and patient until we found what we wanted.
Helpfulness and NO condescending attitude is a massive plus!!Would recommend this store

In great hands!

We’ve booked with Hays Ormskirk for three years now, and always with Jayne.
We couldn’t have been happier with the choices Jayne guided us to make. She listens so well to what we want our holiday to be and has found us the perfect place each time. Jayne keeps us organised and reassured so that all of those little travel niggles don’t happen. We’ve felt totally look after and trusted Jayne completely. Thank you!

Hayes travel are good and very helpful…

Hayes travel are good and very helpful with dealing with your booking regardless of where you're going to.
Staff are up to date with travel info and anything the client needs to know.

Eve was excellent

Eve was excellent. I needed a few travel gift cards and although there were problems when adding to the system she contacted the company Hays Travel use and had it sorted. Very professional service. Thank you Eve.
