Great helpful staff and dine in good time

Brilliant experience booking with Hays Louise was great from the omagh branch will book with her again great getting everything for us etc mobility scooter and trying to get us a lower apartment

The assistant was extremely helpful and showed us lot of options for our holiday. As we are both pensioners she took the time to listen to our concerns and requests. We booked last year with hayes and was told our apartment was a 15 minute walk to the centre of the holiday resort……. It was in fact one hour fifteen minute walk. A big difference.
Thankfully we got a different girl this time and our experience was totally different.
