The booking clerk, Pearl, was very helpful with all my queries and was constructive in my booking. I found her to be most pleasant and my booking was achieved with the minimum of problems.

Luke dealt with our holiday booking I can honestly say we were so pleased with the service, he was so patient even though I changed my mind a dozen times he carried on until he found what suited me.
