Welcoming staff, always friendly and supportive. I booked a last minute holiday for 2, after a couple of searches. I was booked on a holiday going to Malaga for 2 nights, staying at a beautiful hotel at a good price. The booking process only took only half an hour. Service with a smile 😊

Effective, pleasant and professional.
The customer service I was provided with was excellent. I was supported to book a flight for the dates I wanted and the staff member helped me to download the flight tickets/boarding passes etc electronically (which I am not familiar with). She did this in a very effective, pleasant and professional manner.

Great service and lovely staff. The staff at hays northfield are really helpful, always reply in a timely manner and will do their best to help you tailor make your holiday. We’ve booked 3 holidays with hays northfield and have always been really happy with the service, no job too big or small.
