I contacted the agency by reply email to email I got stating that I am on a trip to Mayamar for 13 nights but I am booked for Thailand for 9 nights - I emailed them to confirm what trip I on 6 days ago but no one has gotten back to me!

Dealt with Shona who was very friendly, listened to what I wanted and made booking very quickly and efficiently. Also, very thorough, checked re travel insurance and advised re the currency bureau. Would definitely return here.
