As always Natalie went above and beyond to book our next holiday, with using her knowledge and expertise to suggest a better hotel and finding us a competitive price. Natalie found the perfect holiday and at a fantastic price.
We told her where we wanted to go and within an hour she had come back to us (which I wasn't expecting as it was after 5 o'clock) with a price for the holiday and room selection. Natalie even gave us options of what type of seating we wanted on the plane, explaining what you get with each class, aswell as sending pictures of where the seats were. She made our decision making so easy.
The whole process was so quick and smooth and all from the sofa!

This is the second time we have used Natalie for booking our holiday . She is very thorough and takes the hard work out of looking and booking for yourselves , which can be very time consuming.
