She recommend what we had chosen as she had been on roughly the same holiday. She talked us through everything and got us booked for our dream holiday. Great service.

I went in yesterday to look at booking a holiday for next year. Christine welcomed us and looked into the hotel and place i had I mind. After looking into it, we decided to look at other areas and hotels. Christine showed a great level of knowledge and expertise in her job. She found us a good deal. She made sure it fitted what I was looking for especially for the kids. She made booking my first holiday abroad so easy, and kept me right.

Was looking for last minute holiday deal , Caroline in Hays Motherwell was excellent , took all our requirements and within an hour had called us back with some great deals, We visited the shop an hour later and secured a great deal on a cruise in a few weeks.
