I had such a positive experience with Hays Travel. I’ve now booked two holidays through them, and on both occasions the service was exceptional. The time, care, and attention to detail that went into helping me find the right holiday was second to none. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Excellent service and easy to book
Adrienne at Hays Travel Magherafelt was excellent. I booked via Facebook Messenger which I'd never done before and it was seamless. Our assistant Natalie was so pleasant and helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and really seemed to understand that. Her knowledge of certain areas and hotels was very useful and we completely trusted her guidance and advice
