Lucy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. So much so that we booked again with Lucy while we was away. Our flight got cancelled on Wednesday night and Lucy stayed in touch until gone midnight and is still in touch with us making sure we are ok. Been going to Lucy for a few years now and she never disappoints me she’s really really helpful. I ask her what I’m looking for and she always delivers.
