DISGUSTED. OTHER COMPANIES OFFER £200 to £300 cheaper on SAME BREAKS!!
TUI are notoriously abnoxinious to REFUND on the hoilday plan they had on Offer, that was not as per the of the offer, the disgusting food ..the quality of hotel, cleanliness etc etc
They are very STUBBORN & DO NOT HAVE ANY EMPATHY for the traveller
Who had a bad experience.
VERY UNEHTICAL TRAVEL COMPANY !!
Would NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN !

Lots of hard work done to make our decision easy
We went into the shop wanting a beach holiday in a hotel with many restaurant options but unsure exactly where we wanted to go.
Flights were not available for a couple of weeks so Paula did lots of work in that time and emailed us with many options
When we returned with an appointment we were able to make a decision and Paula was able to give us a price better than available on line
