Great service

Emma dealt with us. She was up against it with our requests but as always, she came through. Emma is professional, patient and very knowledgeable. We walked away very happy with our short notice holiday.

Excellent customer service and very…

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff, Sandra helped us tailor our holiday to our needs.
Would highly recommend Hays travel as they made booking our holiday easy and they checked us in and sorted car parking all at the same time.

Booking Sicily made easy.

Sandra was very obliging and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us plenty of options and was able to answer all our queries.
The holiday booking was an enjoyable experience with the help of someone who knew what she was doing.
