Our trip to Hays was first class
Our trip to Hays was first class - nothing was too much trouble for the travel agent - Jeni. Four people with different requirements were all met without any fuss. Jeni was patient and respectful, looked at a variety of options with regards to accommodation allowing us time to select the best option for all four of us. I will definitely look at booking through Hays for future holidays.

Cruise
Great experience at Allerton Road with Brooke. So helpful and tried to make our booking as smooth as possible even though the phone line to book our cruise took quite a long time answering.
Kept us going with tea and biscuits.
All booked and really looking forward to our holiday.
Many thanks Brooke.

Holiday of a lifetime
Popped into Hays today as we were looking to book a holiday to Lapland for around the end of December.
Our fabulous agent Nicola sat with us for over an hour searching different hotels and lodges to fit us in 5 adults (one 16year old) and two children.
She only managed to find us a fabulous break for over the xmas period never thought we would be able to afford it for that time the children will be thrilled going to Santa’s home!!!!!
The store was really busy but we never felt rushed or we were taking too long Nicola made sure we got the perfect holiday
