It is the first time i have used a travel agent in many years. On this occasion I had already done my research and knew what I wanted and was happy to discover I could get the trip I wanted for the same price booking with Hays as booking online direct. After years of planning trips online, involving endless scrolling and researching, I feel letting someone else do the work is the way to go. Kate was very helpful, approachable and friendly, so I am happy with the service so far.

Good service from Amy took time to ensure i got the type of holiday i was looking for Only slight disappointment When paying i wasn't able to pay though Branch card machine and had to pay via link sent to my phone but overall good service
