Yet again we have booked a cruise with Hays Travel, the staff at Falkirk are very helpful and we always feel like we got a good deal. they also sort out all the paperwork and tickets so its so much easier.

She tried numerous times over a 2 hour period to book an accessible cabin on several different ships, but all accessible cabins were fully booked. Eventually she was successful and found a cruise that we were very happy with.

Excellent service
Caitlyn in falkirk branch was amazing helping me organise my trip. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very patient as i was trying to arrange a certain hotel. I would recommend Hays Travel to anybody.
