I've always had faith in the Hays…
I've always had faith in the Hays brand- all holidays booked have been done competently and the most recent- a cruise to Norway fitted the bill perfectly in terms of my requirements and price. Friendly agent explained everything in ways I could understand- what more can you want?

Enfield branch are magnificent 🤩
Sonia at the Enfield branch was able to navigate a complicated booking process for our Egypt Nile cruise and get us the perfect deal for our special 25th anniversary
The other members of the branch also were brilliant in helping us with any other issues and also subsequently helped us book a discounted room at Hilton Gatwick for our departure.
Totally professional throughout but with real ‘heart’ evident in all the staff at every point of the way . This team realllllly want people to have the best holidays and it shows!
