This is our first experience with Hays…
This is our first experience with Hays Travel, at the Ebbw Vale branch. It couldn't have gone better. Sian is the lady who dealt with us and was superb. In every respect she was obviously interested in being helpful and informative. Very easy to get on with. We will definitely go to Hays first for holidays and this branch in particular.

This was the first time we have ever used Hays
This was the first time we have ever used Hays Travel and the lady who dealt with us (Sam) can only be described as extremely professional with a lovely personality. While we were there it looked like the other ladies were every bit the same and they had a great working relationship which came across while we were there. This will not be the last time for us.
