Hays Travel - Dunfermline Arvostelua 

I had phoned in the morning and spoken to Craig in local Dunfermline branch. Asked if he could look at Jet2 holidays to Rhodes. I popped in a couple of hours later. I have never been to Rhodes so needed help to choose suitable resort. Craig had very good options for me to look at. Talked through everything and I chose a beautiful hotel. Very happy, exactly what I wanted.

Holly (the agent who I dealt with) was helpful and friendly and made the whole booking process a pleasure.

The holiday I was looking for was no longer in the window and I could only remember a few details. The staff member took time to find it and walked me through all the options. He was very patient and helpful. I felt that I had found the right holiday at a very good price. I am very happy with the experience.

One suggestion is for Manager of Dunfermline branch to install a water cooler or have bottled water available for customers booking trips ( as client can be sitting there for 60 minutes or so).

He showed me the cruise we wanted and waited in between while I phoned my friends to make sure we booked the right thing. Not once did he appear to rush me.
