Great experience, very polite and helpful only down side felt a little pushy with trying to get me to buy euros from them as well as a payment card. Absolutely agree with having options, however I did feel the manager a little pushy on selling extra products

We wanted a family group of ten holiday…
We wanted a family group of ten holiday abroad for August 2024 and Georgie at Hays Travel located in Crewkerne Somerset was superb in helping us book the holiday with all the add-ons we required. Sam also at Hays Travel was equally superb. Nothing was too much trouble, customer service was excellent, cannot praise the service enough absolutely excellent and highly professional on all levels.
