Outstanding service
I have booked a few holidays with Hays Travel in Colne and nothing is too much trouble. Two of the most recent holidays I had to wait for release dates for lapland and dosney paris. They knew exactly when the dates were released and kept me updated.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming
All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Found lots of options to suit my family and the process was easy. I did however get home and read reviews on the hotel that we had picked and quickly rang to see if I can change. They went above and beyond to accommodate me , they cancelled my holiday and rebooked to a different country . All staff again very helpful and friendly.
