I actually booked in 5 mins over the phone. Trying to book same destination & hotel online, but having trouble with payment. Rang Hayes on the off chance. We got the same holiday cheaper & including hold luggage, which would have been extra with an online company. Very friendly , efficient service. Also shop in local high street for piece of mind. Super happy!

Very Disappointed with Hays Travel Christchurch
We booked a holiday and when the documentation came through from Ryanair my husbands name was spelled incorrectly. I then called the Christchurch branch to let them know and I was greeted with “you will have to pay to have the name changed” in a very forceful voice. I said no way will I pay as it was not my fault. When I received the invoice it had £115 added, queried this and they said the £115 was for the name change they then sent a new invoice with the £115 taken off. At this point I complained to Hays Travel Customer Support. We called to book seating together at an extra charge with window seat, Row 5 right side going out and Row 5 left hand side on our return. When the paperwork came through it had been done incorrectly this was once again corrected. This has been a comedy of errors from Hays Travel in Christchurch, we have booked with Hays Travel many times albeit at the Ferndown Branch which from now on we will continue to use.

Went in for a brochure - booked a River Cruise!
My wife and I went into Hay’s Travel to pick up a brochure for river cruises. We ended up sitting down with a very, very helpful young lady (sadly forgotten her name but think beginning with ‘C’). She took us through a range of various river cruises and we settled on a two week cruise on several rivers, which costs a fortune! A very helpful and useful experience!!

After poor service from TUI we popped…
After poor service from TUI we popped into Hays Travel Christchurch to enquire about a cruise. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the shop and we were soon being dealt with by the very pleasant and affable Megan. She was full of useful information and explantions and she didn't try to pressure sell, whilst giving us all the info we needed to go home and ponder our choices, without trying to rush us into a decision. Two days later I phoned and booked a cruise. Great service 5☆

I have used Hays for over six years now…
I have used Hays for over six years now and in that time I have always come away happier than when I entered the shop.
My latest visit was no exception to that.The young lady that dealt with my holiday booking was really great (as ALL of the staff are).
I had in mind what my wife and I wanted and lo and behold this young lady suggested a few tweeks and it all fell into place...thankyou!
I would recommend HAYS Christchurch to anybody, forget "on line" booking and go to HAYS.
