Both efficient and friendly service…
Both efficient and friendly service when booking our holiday to Portugal. Accommodation seen by us online but would rather Christchurch branch sort for us. Booked hotel, alrline seats and taxi transfer all sorted by Kayla within 15 minutes or so. Thank you Hays Travel for making it so simple for us.

I had specialised travel requirements to Zambia, and the sales assistant made detailed checks on the available flights and other requirements for me. She was very helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble. As a result I have made my booking with Hays travel.
