First time booking a cruise. Found the staff to be very helpful and informative. Looking forward to dealing with them again in future . However since the original review my booking was incorrectly missbooked. This was down to the people that actually made the booking resulting in the cancellation of the trip. The staff tried very hard to get things sorted but couldn’t. Very disappointed . A word of warning to future hays customers. If your agent tries to use Vista to make your booking think very,very carefully about proceeding

Very helpful staff,cheerful,polite & very patient. Took their time finding the holiday that suited our needs. Kept us informed at all times when we couldn't decide which holiday to book. We finally found the rite one .everything was straight forward. We are now looking forward to our holiday. We always use Hays .

Great staff, very helpful, meghan in the Chippenham branch sorted us out a lovely holiday , and another colleague, sorry can’t remember her name , organised the assistance for my nearly blind husband and booked the seats etc .
