Hays Travel - Chapeltown Arvostelua 

I booked a trip to the Bucharest Spa as a birthday treat for my partner, and Hays Travel completely failed at the most basic part of the booking — providing the QR code needed for entry.
We arrived and were left standing in reception with no access, no help, and no urgency from Hays Travel. In the end, we had to pay for entry ourselves just to avoid ruining the day. It was embarrassing and completely unacceptable.
To make it worse, the QR code was sent hours later, long after we had already paid — making it useless. The refund process then dragged on for weeks and wasn’t even for the full amount initially promised.
Hays Travel then tried to shift the blame onto the spa, despite the fact that the booking — and responsibility — sat entirely with them. No accountability, no urgency, and no real effort to put things right. Assistant manager is quick to argue the toss with the customer rather than demonstrate understanding.
This was meant to be a special occasion and instead turned into a stressful, frustrating experience due to their incompetence.
I won’t be using Hays Travel again and would strongly advise others to book elsewhere.

Really lovely, helpful staff. Thay listened to all my needs and what i wanted and sorted me a holiday at the price I wanted. Made sure I understood everything and double checked all the details.

From the moment i walked into the shop i was made to feel very welcome. I was offered a drink and a snack. Lucy was very friendly and she explained every thing to me step by step. I was very impressed by the service.

Once again the Staff at Hays Travel Chapeltown , Sheffield stepped up to the plate and found us a holiday we are looking forward to. Victoria was brilliant and went out of her way to find the right hotel for us.

We have used Hays before. We have found staff to be knowledgeable. This trip we decided to find out what was available as we wanted to go whale watching. Rebecca found flights, assistance at airport, transport to hotel. beautiful hotel night before boarding ship. Everything we needed. We both cannot walk fast.what we need was on the ship. Rebecca kept us informed of everything.cannot wait for September so excited. Now looking for next holiday.
