Shannon was extremely helpful, listened to my requirements and came up with the right holiday for us.
Shannon went out of her way and I’m sure she had to work over her finishing time to help me get the holiday I wanted before it was sold out.

City break with a smile
My friend and I popped into Hays to enquire about a city break. Megan was lovely to speak with, no hard sell, and was knowledgeable about the city we were interested in. I could have booked direct myself online but it was lovely to have the "personal touch".

The women who helped us was called Kim and was fantastic I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me sort everything from flights/ hotel , luggage and even commutes was so friendly and polite can’t recommend enuf and will definitely be booking holidays here from now on
