I have booked numerous holidays with carmen bullen and can honestly say I have never had any problems before during or after our holidays carmen has always done her upmost best to ensure we have everything we need she also gives us a little extra effort with telling us about public transport at our destination and also recommends nice places to visit and eat , very very helpful her polite manner is second to none , Carmen is a home worker with hays which makes things easier as there’s no ques to wait in and she’s on call even after working hours for emergencies or even for advice , couldn’t recommend her enough fantastic attitude

Carmen was lovely and friendly.
