Impossible to imagine better customer service and incredible attention to detail than we got from the amazing Gemma at Hays in Bury St Edmunds - she is simple incredibly fantastic and helpful, also brilliant at what she does all the time. Been a long time since I’d booked a holiday through a travel agent and must admit I was pleasantly surprised.
Gemma the rep who attended to us at our Bury St Edmunds Branch was extremely friendly efficient and knowledgable.
