Since booking we have received our full itinerary and are now looking forward to our trip to India.

It is my first experience of going on a cruise. Little or no idea idea. The lady took the time to listen and gave me a few ideas. On booking she showed great kindness and was very professional.

I went in to book a mini break to Salou and Rachel was so helpful she knew just what I wanted .
she had so much time for me . She sorted the full holiday package out .
She also give us free fast track at the airport. Highly recommend x

We didn't know what to expect never being a Hays Customer before.
The staff member who helped us was great, she listened to what we wanted, our ideas, was open and honest about what was included in our holiday .
It didn't feel rushed and before we knew it our holiday was chosen, reconfirmed, booked and paid for.
It was stress free.
Yes we could have spent hours going online ourselves comparing hotels, destinations but to be honest I'm glad we chose to go to Hays because they gave their own experience of visiting our chosen destination, and what they enjoyed while they were there.

The advisor was very good she went into every detail and made sure we understood everything. We started using Hayes travel and would not look anywhere else they are so helpful. I used to go on the internet and book holiday's myself. No more since using Hayes travel.
