Hayes great support
Both Chloe and Lindsay were so helpful and supportive and made us feel very well looked after. Chloe has also promised to help us through all the new boarding pass issues etc. We cannot thank her enough.

A friendly welcome but wrong hotel
A friendly welcome and help with decision making for a last minute break. However, we have ended up NOT in the place we were hoping. We booked a hotel in Costa Adeje but it is not in the resort but in Adeje, despite the hotel address. It is not possible to walk into Costa Adeje from where we are. Disappointing outcome but feel Jet 2 need to be advised.

This was the first time I had booked a trip through Hays Broadstone.I dealt with the Branch Manager Emma and found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful giving good advice on the choices available. There was no hard sell. Will use again.

Great place to book a holiday
