As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles & greetings from all the staff which instantly made us feel seen , welcomed & relaxed. Beth then listened to what we wanted; checking the details as we went through each process , double checking we were happy. We were also offered a drink from Ellie which made us feel special!
