We didn't actually know what we wanted really just a rough idea...walked into Hays travel and from start to finish Lorna was amazing! Found exactly what we wanted with the ideas we gave her and added extras like sorting train travel to our different destinations while there.

As soon as my and wife and I entered Hays at Blackwood we were greated with a smile by Olivia. She made our booking so easy.
