Hays Travel - Bicester Arvostelua 

I was looking into booking a flight to and from Cape Town. It was so confusing so I went into the store and Sharon was able to work her way through the maze of information. By the end of the visit the ticket was booked and paid for. That made me smile.

Always a helpful member of staff who goes above and beyond to make the holiday booking an experience that can be quite stressful when doing it online yourself.

Sharon and MM are professional but still friendly and very patient with enquiries.
It was important about Travel insurance and was given advice without telling me which policy to take

Everything about our holiday resort Cala Millor in Majorca was great, hotel in a perfect place with bars, restaurants, shops, market and beach so close by. I would recommend this resort to anyone, old or young.
Only downside was difficulty at airport with my disabled sister, wheelchair and luggage just too much for us but assisted travel was good uk end but sketchy spain end.
The slope leading to hotel BLUESEA Cala Millor entrance was too steep for me to push wheelchair up, other holiday makers or passers by always willing to help tho.
No hand rail at all in the shower cubicles and floor very slippery once products are used.
The pool at the main building was perfect for disabled as it had a ramp all the way in.
2 Small lifts just enough for two with walking aid.
We loved our holiday with the promenade for miles to walk easily along. I will go back but not to this hotel with a wheelchair user or someone with a walking disability.

Mia went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the resort choice . I was backwards and forwards into the branch , she always greeted me with a big smile .

Turned up at Birmingham airport was directed to check in area only to find no check in desk.
I should have been flying with sun express to antalya but no check in desk to be seen hence I missed my flight.
Never again will I put my trust in Hayes travel again..
Had to rebook another flight for next day and a hotel which came out of my pocket £500 in total

Found agent not easy to communicate with evasive had a feeling of lack of transparency in costing. After leaving found some information given to be untrue. Letter with more information being sent. Shop looks tired and dated.

My wife and I wanted to book via Hays Travel because of the excellent service we had had last year, which was the first time we had booked via Hays. This year's experience was equally excellent in every aspect. The only problem was that the Witney office was closed for renovation work and we had to travel nearly 30 miles each way ( including a road closure requiring a detour) to the Bicester office. Nobody's fault, of course - just unfortunate. However - it was worth it and we shall book through Hays in the future, too, whilst recommending it to others.

We were a tricky group of 4 adults and 3 children doing a last minute holiday. We did have specific needs and criteria we wanted. Our person was patient and helped us get the deal we wanted

Our first choice proved to be £55 per person more than quoted on the Web. The holiday was declined for that reason.
The second was booked--the price
quoted was the same as online.

Very efficient, but the shop was very uninviting needs some background music or something. Felt like I was in a morgue not a holiday shop.
