I had a fantastic experience booking a trip for me and my friend with Leonie at Hays Travel in Bexleyheath. From start to finish, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely attentive. She really took the time to listen and understand all my (quite unique!) requirements, offering thoughtful suggestions that matched our needs perfectly.

I’m someone who always puts family first and haven’t taken a holiday in a long time, so this meant a lot to me. Walking into Hays Travel felt like a big step for me — and meeting Leonie truly made it life-changing.

We were met by a lovely girl called Amy, she listened to everything we wanted included in our holiday and delivered within budget. She entertained our little boy too with an interactive screen keeping him busy whilst we looked at what she had found for us.
