Honeymoon package
The agent redone several quotes to amend dates and change resorts etc to put together the package we wanted
This took about a week to package with back and forth. Eventually changing operators also to give a lower initial deposit
She was extremely helpful and no ask was too much

Friendly with no Rush
The staff member (Daniel) was very informative and greatly helpful, guiding us through several options and helped us decide on our next holiday, being friendly and not rushing us through the process was very much appreciated.
