Eleanor was lovely, she listened to what I was looking for, and hopefully found the perfect holiday for my family. Although I'm still waiting for her to get in touch with insurance quotes and to tell me that the hotel can cater to my son's food allergies.

I had a very bad experience with Hays…
I had a very bad experience with Hays Travel in Bedford, the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional. I have logged a formal complaint to the regional manager already and will be putting this in writing. Hays Travel failed to inform my father of travel restrictions which meant and sold a package holiday without first checking on travel restrictions. The assistant manager was rude and unprofessional and just put down the phone on a customer, this was extremely upsetting.

I'm not totally comfortable with technology, and was given time to think and get details correct: nobody rushed me.
Options were thoroughly explored and everything done efficiently, professionally but with a great sense of humour.
