Hays Travel - Basingstoke Mall Arvostelua 

Suzanne was very helpful and had good knowledge of areas we were looking to book. Plenty of options available to choose from and the whole process was very simple and easy to book

I went to the basingstoke branch today to get some currency, I was dealt with by an amazing lady called Cally, she was extremely helpful and gave me loads of travel money advice and helped me set up a travel card
The reason this has got a 2 star review is not because Cally the currency lady was awful it was because she was treated appallingly by another member of staff while I was there.
It was not her fault the delivery came while I was there ,she asked for help from another member of staff and got eye rolling and attitude ,the whole thing was embarrassing, In front of myself and the delivery guy,
Very Shocking but Cally gets 5 stars

I was very impressed with the the customer service I received from Hays Travel in Basingstoke. I rang and spoke with Rhiannon. This is the first time I have used Hays Travel and booking a Jet 2 holiday was also a first too. She patiently went through all the booking procedures throughly and all the questions I had. I found her to be extremely polite and helpful.

The girls are so informative, and really friendly,going in there with no idea of what we wanted to coming out so excited at booking our cruise
They really take the hassle out of sorting and printing everything off as they do it all for you.

The travel agent was very polite and knowledgable. She coukdnt book us on first visit. When i returned she still remembered all my details.

We booked a cruise yesterday and were well served by Rhiannon & Suzanne. They took us through various options, confirmed that there was nothing relevant from Cunard in our designated time frame and we alighted on a good deal from Celebrity Cruises.

Superb personal service from Rhiannon, also great interaction from the forex counter who was aware of our forthcoming travel and money requirements.

We visited the shop on Sunday morning and a delightful lady called Issy took time to listen to our requests and later she sent us through 4 options of which all were wonderful and as a result we have now booked our first holiday for over 5 years and throughout the whole process was very patient and informative.

Excellent service from booking (nearly a year ago) through to our departure and went with their recommendations for our first cruise trip and we have just returned and were definitely not disappointed. Well Done to the Hays Travel team

All went well but unfortunately I wasn’t asked my date of birth so it’s been put down wrong on the paperwork and I cannot access my booking on my app ? Could someone please contact me to amend this?

My vulnerable father rather ambitiously booked a P&O cruise that he would not be able to go on due to health.
Manager Michael, Izzy and Kerry at head office were so helpful and went the extra mile to sort out the situation and undo the booking. P&O cruises were also sympathetic in dealing with the situation in the right way. Thank you all for a professional customer focused approach which was very much appreciated and not so common these days. I will be booking with Hays Travel.

I went to book a coach trip the lady was helpful and friendly

Both ladies I dealt were helpful and constructive with ideas. I wasn't made to feel I was wasting time. No rush. No feeling of being made to feel I was holding them up. I came away with the impression that in future individual travel arrangements I use my local Basingstoke Hays Travel Shop.

Your colleague was very helpful, but it took a long time to book because her computer kept shutting down! During all the delays, we lost our first choice of cabin because it was snapped up by someone else.
