Great booking experience with Hays, Andrea made the whole process simple & very straight forward. Andrea also went above and beyond by answering my query well out of office hours.

I saw Andrea’s post on Facebook as I follow her page. I messaged her about the holiday I was interested in and she got back to me in no time. The process was easy and before I knew it my holiday was booked. Any questions I had were answered straight away and I was really happy with the service I received.
