Visited Hayes Travel to book a holiday…

Visited Hayes Travel to book a holiday to Miami, cruise to the Bahamas and then on to Las Vegas .
This trip was for 11 nights and 12 days together with another lead passenger. In total a group of 10.
The Aldridge branch staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. Helpful pleasant, lots of research and guidance. I believe it was the manager of the branch who took her time to make sure all our needs were catered for.
Back and forth with phone calls etc ..
we do appreciated the service we received and thank you .

The location of the Travel Agents is very accessible. The welcome by the staff was warm and professional. Amy' dealt with us and she was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Excellent customer service.

Hays Travel 5 star service.

The young lady assisting us at Hays Travel was amazing. So helpful and informative, even though we’d already looked and decided where we are going, she still made sure she went through everything and that we were happy. She was so pleasant and polite and friendly.
Happily recommend Hays Travel to anyone.

Staff very helpful and attentive

Staff very helpful and attentive, especially Ruby. They listened to what we needed and created our ideal holiday. The booking service was quick and easy, very pleased with the service we received.
