Had a really good experience with Jaime when I enquired about a holiday for me and my partner..We discussed our needs and covered all the details..After a quick lunch and a chat with my partner we decided to go back and book holiday which we are both looking forward to.

Gemma was very professional, she arranged everything I asked for to the very last detail of transfers and hotel booking. I wanted a cruise to get me to New Zealand so I could see my daughter. This was done to perfection

Went in to Aldridge store, very helpful with two separate holiday, great choice, staff as friendly as ever…. Nice to book face to face instead of sitting at a screen. Prices were actually cheaper than internet prices too.
