Fabulous grounds and hall
The staff are a delight and the service is absolutely terrific

Absolute joke, charged me in error twice for an overpriced room and 2 weeks on and I still can't get a refund :< Happy to take your money .... shame one area (Reception) leaving a bad feeling for the whole experience of the venue

A huge thank you to Lily and the team at Hawkstone for my daughter Chloe's wedding to Matty Smith on Good Friday.
The whole experience was perfect from start to finish.
The most wonderful venue for a wedding or any other event for that matter!

We called in to visit Hawkstone Hall as we had never been before and had such a lovely experience. The gardens are beautiful and the building itself is breathtaking, Despite not having a booking we were welcomed by warm, friendly staff and Angela in particular was really lovely and spent a lot of time with us talking about the history of the venue and showing us around. We were so impressed that we have booked to stay over and take part in the Murder Mystery night in April. We are really looking forward to it.

I was at a wedding on July 9th 2022 at Hawkstone Hall, Shrewsbury.
It's a sad but true observation that black people were not welcome there.
The venue may have looked classy, but the owner was not! I had a query and asked him if he worked there, he replied "No I'm the owner, what do you want?"
He was rude and abrupt, his stance said it all... my friends and I left shortly after,
The bar and waiting staff, however were lovely.
I feel that in 2022 certain establishments, would have learned to abandoned ignorant views and behaviour. This establishment was inept of any professionalism.
A very disappointing experience.

Cancelled our 40th Birthday meal celebration for 10 people 2 days prior! Because somebody booked the whole building last minute for a wedding!!

It was too late to book anywhere else.
