We have been working with Hawke FS since we moved into our first home in 2019. I can comfortably say that Sam has been an absolute god-send each and every time we have gone to her for help. Sam has been nothing short of wonderful.

I’ve had significant delays both with my and the sellers solicitors and she not only got me the best mortgage for the property I wanted but has also supported me through the whole process outside of the mortgage given the difficulties mentioned.

She’s incredibly friendly, checks in with me and has answered all sorts of questions and concerns quickly and in-depth. In the whole process, where I’ve felt like I’ve been ignored and belittled by others, she’s been a shining light of support.
