Very disappointing customer service experience. I contacted them simply to ask where my order was, but instead of checking properly, I was incorrectly told that my payment hadn’t gone through. I provided proof of payment, yet the issue still wasn’t resolved.

I was then told the case had been “passed on,” with no explanation of who it was passed to or what the next steps were. Eventually, I was just sent my order number — which I already had — instead of an actual update on where my parcel was.

The whole process felt disorganised and poorly handled. It seems like their system is outdated, and the customer service team doesn’t thoroughly check information before responding. Overall, communication was slow, unclear, and unhelpful.

Serviço péssimo.
Uma pessoa faz o pagamento dos produtos, recebe logo um mail dos produtos adquiridos, no entanto não se recebe nenhum mail que o pagamento foi efetuado, ninguém atende ao telefone apresentado, ninguém responde ao mail, ou seja é falta mesmo de profissionalismo um site sem qualquer credibilidade, não sabem acompanhar sequer a dúvida do cliente.
Completamente desiludida.
Não aconselho a comprarem neste site.

La taille n’est pas bonne et le retour est payant !! On vous enlève plus de 5 euros sans compter les frais de livraison !
Au final il faut compter presque - 11 euros sur le prix payé !!
Une arnaque totale!!

Worst company ever! Shienna the customer service agent did not even try to help me with my problem and just try to give me some generic answer. They robbed me because my order never came after I paid and they wouldn’t send me a replacement package. The Shienna customer service rep was not listening to my frustration and did not understand it. I hate the company now and I tell everyone by word of mouth to avoid this company at all cost!!!! Horrrible.

Mais hj fui surpreendida com uma vendedora, que foi simplesmente maravilhosa na XV dos cabelos pretos longos, simpática e me ajudou ainda porque era presente,amei a vendedora a primeira depois de tantas sem atenção!

Ordered the wrong size, asked for a cancellation right away, got zero response. Order still showed up, and returning it costs nearly £6 with no digital label. The print label came through about x15 via email. Customer service is non existent.

Ich habe meine Bestellung stornieren wollen, war nicht möglich. Also musste ich die Annahme verweigern.
Die Rechnung ging über Klarna, dort habe ich dies auch gemeldet. Havanias hat überhaupt nicht reagiert. Weder auf meine Meldung über Klarna noch auf Mails direkt an Havanias....
Zum Schluss habe ich die Rechnung überwiesen ohne eine Ware zu haben.

Llevo muchos años comprando este producto y nunca había tenido problemas, pero en mi última compra la calidad fue claramente inferior: marcaba la forma del pie y tenía zonas sin brillo. Lo comenté en tienda y me recomendaron contactar con atención al cliente. Envié fotos donde se veía que la suela no tenía desgaste y respondí a todos los correos durante una semana.
Aun así, recibí una respuesta muy escueta indicando que “es desgaste” sin más explicación. Cuando escribí para mostrar mi desacuerdo, lo único que recibí fue un correo para evaluar la atención, dando a entender que habían cerrado mi caso sin solucionarlo.
Muy decepcionada con la gestión, esperaba un trato más serio y profesional.

J'ai passé commande sur le site internet et je suis vraiment déçue des tailles. Je fais du 36 d'habitude en chaussure et 37 en sandale. J'ai donc pris un tong en 37/38 (taille brésilienne), trop grand. Puis j'ai recommandé en 35/36: trop petit.
Je dois tout renvoyer avec frais supplémentaire alors que les frais étaient gratuits pour ma commande.
Non seulement je vais perdre de l'argent mais en plus je n'aurai pas mes tongs.
Faites des tailles standards SVP...

Me gustaría resaltar 2 cosas fundamentales, una a nivel producto y otra a nivel logístico.

En cuanto al producto: este verano me compré unas sandalias de la talla 37-38 y pese a que me sobra un dedo, me las quedé. La cosa es que, aprovechando el descuento del mes de octubre, me compré otras pero del 35-36, pensando que estas si me estarían bien. Para mi sorpresa, me quedan pequeñas. Tengo otros zapatos y zapatillas de otras marcas que no van por números unitarios sino de dos en dos, como es este caso, y no tengo problema ninguno pero me parece raro que ninguna talla me esté bien. A nivel producto, está fatal.

Por otro lado, tampoco consigo entender cómo en pleno siglo XXI el único proveedor logístico con el que cuenten o tengan contratado sea correos. Está claro que ha sido líder durante mucho tiempo pero se ha quedado muy muy atrás en este mercado cada vez más creciente. Cuando pides un producto, hay 3 puntos de entrega contados y todos súper lejanos… además del mal servicio de correos. Suelo comprar bastante por internet y otros proveedores como GLS, además de mandarte emails de seguimiento continuo, tienen cientos de puntos de entrega. No sé, deberían de mirarlo.

Well here I am still unable to return my 3 useless pairs of Havianas! I sent a link with 12 photos, sure this time that I'd given them all they could possibly need to agree to return and refund. I got an email today to say that 12 photos didn't show sufficient detail! I am of course finally admitting defeat. Don't bother complaining to them, you will get no satisfaction as they simply do not care. If you haven't yet made a purchase I would urge you not to. Take note of all these reviews and shop elsewhere.

I feel I need to leave a further review as I am absolutely incensed by how awful this companies customer care is. As a disabled person, I was informed I would either have to pay the set fee to return my items or travel to Carnaby street in London to return them. I wouldn’t have minded paying the fee, albeit what company now charge people to return items!!!! But I had followed the size guide to point and that’s how I ended up with the wrong shoes aa it’s evidently inaccurate. This is not to mention the fact I had been left stranded after my third pair snapped at the toe post. Please avoid this company like the literal plague!

Purchased my usual size at Gatwick airport, after returning home, realised they were so much larger than all my others. The phone number on the receipt doesn't even exist, so I rang the main customer service number from the website and was advised to return them to the headquarters for a refund, it cost me £7.00 to send them to Madrid, they wouldn't accept the parcel, so I then had to wait 4 weeks to get them back from Royal Mail. Now I'm stuck with a pair of giant flip flops I can't wear and £47.00 down! Customer service advisors all tell lies and fob you off with false promises and the wrong advice! Not even worth a 1 star review.

Der allerletzte Laden. Kundenservice unterirdisch. Man bekommt kein Retourenlabel. Wochenlang. Angeblich technisches Problem in ganz Europa. Nun ja… Frist mittlerweile abgelaufen. Paypal hat den Fall zum Glück zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.

I will never ever everrrrrr buy from this company again, having worn them most my life. They sent me a pair of sandles one strap was way looser than the other so my foot would hang over the edge after asking for numerous photos they accused me off pushing my foot out! and i would need to pay for return!!! complete farce of a customer service- avoid like the plague!!!!

Franchement qualité pas au rendez-vous pour le prix.
On attend pas grand chose des tongs, juste qu'elles soient fonctionnelles. Première fois, elles se cassent, je pense que c'est ma faute, j'en rachète. Deuxième fois, pareil, je me dis encore que c'est ma faute mais que ça commence à être bizarre, j'en rachète quand même. Troisième fois c'est trop. Qualité pas du tout au rendez-vous.

Pessima esperienza, le comprei solo in saldo. Un anno fa sono andata in uno store di Havaians perché mi avevano regalato (comprate in quello store) delle havaians con platform e dopo una settimana avevano già una parte della suola scretolata. La ragazza mi risponde che senza scontrino non si potevano cambiare, era un regalo e non si pensava arrivassero a rompersi dopo una settimana. La signorina continuava ed insisteva nonostante si fosse ricordata di me che ero ocn la persona che m iaveva fatto un regalo ad acquistare le.infradito non me le.ha volute cambiare. Io con del gel per unghie ho tappato il buco, ma non penso sia corretto cosi. Poi dopo un anno utilizzate due mesi neanche la platform si stava staccando e ho dovuto incollare le due parti insieme essendo che mi servivavno per andare in vacanza e non volevo trovarmi a piedi nudi in mezzo alla strada. Insomma pessimo materiale non adatto all'uso fiori della spiaggia perché l'asfalto consuma le ciabatte come niente. E poi rinadisco che ho delle Ipanema come nuove dopo 4 anni.

Terrible flip flops for how expensive they are. Very uncomfortable, can't walk up and down stairs with them. Straps rub on toes leaving blisters. Just a flat piece of rubber. Can get better more comfortable flip flops for 10% of the price
