Hat well packed, no problem with tracking item, just what I was looking for, for the summer.

High quality caps at a very fair price. I bought a linen newsboy cap and needed to swap it for another and the refund was issued the next day.
Caps are hard wearing and keep their shape too

My terminally ill husband wanted to surprise me and bought a beautiful hat - there was a slight discrepancy in the address but the our name, house name, number and postcode were clearly present and correct. The expensive Panama hat was delivered to the wrong address and left out in the rain for several days until the house owner returned and brought it to us - it’s ruined. Village hats refuse to take it back - argue that a cardboard box is suitable packing for a hat to be left in the rain and suggested my husband should have tracked it on DPD and he would have known it had gone to the wrong place. I really wish my husband was fit to do all of that - it took great effort for him to place the order in the first place. My disappointment is huge and the uncaring harsh response from Village hats at best curt and at worse uncaring.

The Village hat arrived well packed and on time and is styled so lovely great quality fabric and it fits perfect my 20.5 inch 52 cms head - just amazing and looks so lovely on.

Sometimes a company just knows how to make things great. The hats I ordered were wonderful. However somehow one of them was mislabeled between the hat label and the tag. They did not quibble but immediately sent a new hat. From order to arrival to fix was less than 2 weeks. And that was UK to Canada. Well done!

I was looking online for a particular hat and found this company. I was attracted by the look and price of the hat and went ahead with the order. It arrived on time and was packaged really well. I emailed Hatsandcaps to let them know how delighted I was with my purchase, and can highly recommend them.

Had never heard of this company before, but came across them by searching the Internet- after trying and returning lower quality items from other places.
The advice on the site and the delivery service (and option of free returns, given I'd had to return items I didn't like from other places) made me give them a go.
And I was delighted with the two products I bought. Best beanies I have ever had. They are now my "go to" place for hats!

I had a stressful situation re InPost sending the wrong parcels across the country - Village Hats received a huge package not meant for them but of high value to me. Despite this really not being their problem, Gaspard massively helped me out getting it sent back to the intended retailer. So appreciated and great to get clear prompt email responses vs getting stuck in a 'bot' loop!

Oh and the hats that I did buy were great also :)
