Hassle Free Boilers Arvostelua 

Wouldn’t give one star but, 12 year contract in place to service the boiler yearly and cover for central heating system. Took weeks to come out and look at the problem with no heating and hot in minus degree temperatures they capped 2 pipes and left me unable to put pressure up on boiler, never came back which was 2 years ago and they still want me to pay for that service!!

Fraudulent company! They put a charge on our house for the boiler without informing us, which prevented us from remortgaging until we paid it off in full which we did a year ago. We now have debt collectors trying to contact us to settle the account that was paid IN FULL a year ago! Obviously no answer/reply from Hastlefree boilers, who also owe us £350 because we had to pay a plumber to correct there bodged installation.

Although it is almost impossible to get trough to the phone line, I reported the fault my email (customer service), and the reply by Miss Trudie Norton was almost immediate. She was quick to identify the issue and arranged the service within the following 24 hours. Very friendly, professional and efficient.

Jacob has been integral to resolving issues over the last few days, I really appreciate the communication and help that’s been provided. Many thanks to the team also.

Avoid at all costs they serviced my partners boiler in Stafford leaving it in a dangerous state it broke down a week later. I was left with no hot water or heating for 6 days despite them promising to attend. I paid British Gas to attend they made the boiler safe and condemned it. Hasslefree do not respond or care Gas Safe have taken the complaint on … pay a bit more don’t risk death **update despite not answering calls or even addressing the complaint they have sent a debt collect agency after my partner for a missed direct debit ? Please whatever you do avoid these like the plague

What a night mare of a company wish I had never heard of them they should be called hasselt boilers, been paying fir a service that never happened in three years tryed calling no joy tryed email same again no reply, stop paying in the end git a service from British gas,kniw I have a depth collected calling for payment so will have to pay both .hassle boilers will put a review on every were

I spoken today Trudeai Who was so calm with me When I call the wrong number, she was so kind and caring as she can hear how stressful I was. She when above and beyond her duty.! Which is very rare to find. Going the extra mile to help me, I cannot comprehend. Thank you so much!! 🫶🏽

Been with HFB FOR 10 years no problem until January this year it’s taken till today to get a reply to my emails or phone calls. But managed to get through to a lovely woman call Trudie and she couldn’t do enough to sort out my problem thank you Trudie your a credit to the company .

We have been with this company over 10 years. They are fantastic.
We emailed out of hours and had a prompt response by early morning. A plumber has been and we now have heating again. The repair man was polite and courteous. Really professional. Thank you so much for all your help. We would highly recommend this company.

They’re on watchdog. Shocking don’t use

Bought a boiler from this company 9 years ago. Boiler keeps losing pressure so I have telephoned, left messages and emails but absolutely no response whatsoever. Cannot believe they can still be in business with such a terrible customer service

I wish I could give a zero review ! Exactly the same issues as many others. So much for a 365 day 24/7 service, as promised in their contract ! Even the website and voicemail message states only contactable Mon to Friday 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm !! Rarely reply to messages.
I had to chase them for months to get my last service done, then I had a boiler breakdown whilst awaiting overdue service, and only eventually managed to get hold of HFB because I still had a personal mobile number for the last engineer they used. He did me a favour and contacted them via a private number.
I have 2 years contract remaining and want to buy out because there is no credible reliable service. Ghey are ckearoy in breach of contract.The settlement figure they sent me has various add on charges , with no legal contractual standing, with nearly £600 of extras added to the fee shown in my original contract. They will not be getting this. I intend to pay the correct fees as listed in my contract not a penny more, and would gladly see them in court.

Avoid like the plague, I have a contract with them and they do not stick to it!! I've just had to pay for my own repair because they are so rubbish at responding!!! Sick of waiting so I'm sending them the bill.

Please do not use, use sub contractors that do not turn up, lie after lie. 20 plus days with no boiler, staff do nothing but lie … please do not waist your time or money in these cowboys masquerading as hero’s

Absolute useless company, impossible to get hold of, this time I've been trying to get an engineer to fix & service my boiler for 2 weeks and counting.
Last time it took over 4 months to book a service.

This company has really gone downhill for the last 4+ years. We used to be contacted every year to arrange a date for the annual service then they suddenly stopped. I had to get in contact with them to chase for servicing ever since. My boiler hasn’t been serviced since 2022 and that only happened after I realised it hadn’t been serviced in 2021 and got in touch with them. When the boiler stopped working last December and we had no heating or hot water it was a chore trying to get a response but eventually I managed to be told they couldn’t send anyone as they were extremely busy. We ended up solving the issue with the help of Google. I also asked for a service on the boiler as it hadn’t been serviced since Jan 2022 and was told I would be contacted with a date but no contact since. All attempts to get through have failed and all emails have received no answer. It’s ridiculous how this company can continue to take monthly payments but not provide any service to its customers, disgusting!
