Fast and efficient response from Pauline at the Customer Services Department. She dealt with my request immediately and answered all my questions with a friendly and professional manner.

I woke up too a blocked sewerage, rang Brad, he was on his way to another job but said he would be at my place within the hour. Yep, he turned up on time and in no time had located the problem and fixed it. Too top this off his charges were more than reasonable for the prompt service and repair. Highly recommended Brad 👌 👍 👏

bought two boilers from Hassle Free Boilers in 2016—one for my ground-floor flat and one for the first-floor flat. Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, it has been absolutely impossible to get them serviced. No one answers the phone, and no one responds to emails.

The issues go far beyond just poor maintenance:

Legal/Financial Negligence: When I remortgaged the first-floor flat 18 months ago, the lender required Hassle Free Boilers to remove their charge on the property. My solicitor successfully requested a redemption statement and paid them all outstanding money. To this day, they still have not removed the charge.

Vulnerable Person Left Without Heating: The boiler in my ground-floor flat has now broken down, leaving the property with no heating or hot water. My elderly mother lives there and is currently freezing, yet absolutely no one from Hassle Free Boilers has contacted me to resolve this.

This company is nothing but stress and awful service. Avoid them at all costs.

Avoid. From the beginning in 2019 to the present day nothing but poor service, poor workmanship (from installation onwards if they managed to turn up!) and Hassle for payments for doing nothing.

I have had my contract with hassle free for 10 years now, no real problems in fact they've been a great help in the past, having said that the annual service used to be them calling me when it was due, now I have to email for an appointment when I remember, Trudie was very quick to sort out an appointment for me so I still believe it was a good choice to go with them.

Boiler broke down today got through to a lady called Trudie who sorted out an engineer to come to my property she was very efficient and helpful.

Very poor customer service not service the boilers in two years one stopped working and left family without a working boiler for 4 weeks and still haven’t fixed it stay clear of this company

We have used Hassle Free Boilers for a few years now and it has taken us ages to be able to book an appointment, no one bothers to call you back as you have to leave a message. Finally got hold of someone and booked in a service and our appointment has been cancelled twice now already with no apology. Over £50 a month for a yearly boiler service which you cant even book!

Been with Hassle free boiler for 12 years and never had a problem with the service, their service of the boiler system and any repairs carried out in maintenance. Great option I took when times were hard and this contract fitted my circumstances then. Now stable so when the boiler is on its way then I will replace outright.

I paid off my contract in full , a month ago, by credit card.
I have now received an email demanding I reinstate my direct debit or incur charges.
My contract began in June 2019 and the customer service has been abysmal for all that time

I spoke to Pauline collections manager a few times and she is always so helpful and professional.

Pauline was great helping me with the concerns I had regarding payments. She put it in laypersons terms so I could understand what had happened. She was really personable and easy to talk to. Plus she listened to my questions however daft they may have sounded to her!! (she never let on)There should be more Paulines at HFB! A credit to the company.... it's now sorted and I am v happy.

I would give them zero if I could. Only had 3 services in 10 years, had to ask repeatedly for the certificates. When we had a fault with the boiler we couldn't get hold of them. After 4 years they've contacted us asking for money!!! Total breach of contract from this company

The lady I spoke to was very understanding about my situation and went through every option with me she didn’t say you need to pay so much off your arrears to clear them she was happy to let me tell her what I could afford she also left me with options to think about what would be best for me I feel better knowing I’ve got the option to think about and choose one that suits me and I thank her very much for that opportunity looking forward to speaking with her again when I’ve decided THANKYOU

Every time I have called the response has been polite and timely, UK based too. I have been with the service for 11 years now and never had cause to complain.

Spoke to Pauline of HFB regarding settlement, she was helpful and was able to assist with this in timely manner.

The lady I spoken to was very understanding of my situation and sorted my concern out ASAP very happy now as its been a stressful time trying to get intouch with someone to actually talk to makes a big difference.

Very helpful, efficient team! Recommended.
