I normally go to the store, so I knew that I like the products. Shipping is very expensive, but was very fast.

Late shipping
In your website standing 1-2days shipping time. I ordered friday, next monday, didnt come. Tuesday i travel for vacation without my order. Im totally dissapointed. I find other korean skin webshop.

Hi Marian, it is true that packages are usually delivered within 1-2 working days as stated on our website. In this case, your order was placed just before the weekend (not working days) and delivered to your neighbors after the weekend. The said delay was caused by PostNL and we have no control over this.
I am sorry that you did not receive your products on time, but if you had informed us that you were leaving on Monday/Tuesday, we would have told you that you had better come to one of our physical stores because it is much too risky.

Goede duidelijke website, goede service..ik bestel hier al jaren ( ben soms ook te vinden in de winkel in Rotterdam), niets negatiefs op aan te merken.

I recently discovered Haru Haru while searching for a specific Needly Daily toner . Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging my order also with the samples and the mask( thank you so much).I’m thrilled with my purchase and will continue to shop at Haru Haru for all my skincare and hair needs.

Great skincare, lots of freebies
I have ordered from this company multiple times over the years. Their products are great! In my recent purchase they included 3 free samples, a free sheet mask and, because I saved up enough points, a free mini ampoule. They are quick to respond on online platforms as well. I will definitely continue ordering from them!

Na in de fysieke winkel te zijn geweest en producten aangeraden te hebben gekregen besteld via de site. Ze hebben erg goede kennis van de producten en weten wat ze verkopen. De pakketjes zijn met zorg ingepakt. Bestel hier met een gerust hart wetende dat het goed geteste producten zijn met goede ingrediënten.
